The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/379/307/504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of Indian Penal Code was also added.

Diary in this case was called for earlier, which has, since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of having attacked the informant with Lat and Mukka and that the fatal blow caused to the deceased was by some other persons and not by the present petitioner. Considering the aforementioned fact and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48030 of 2016 (3) dt.16-01-2017 P2/2 abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 607/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
