1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make registration of the petitioners in Bihar State Pharmacy Council as a Pharmacist as they have already submitted the required documents and requisite fee in the office of Respondent No. 3 and 4 but despite of this, the same is pending for a year for no plausible rhyme or reason and due to which petitioner cannot apply under the Advertisement No. 05/2023 issued by the Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna for the post of Pharmacistwherein candidates must be registered in Pharmacy Council otherwise they cannot be eligible for apply against Advertisement No. 05 of 2023.

b) For issuance of any other relief/reliefs which is essential in the eye of law in the facts and circumstances of this case as well as for interest of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction upon the respondents no.3 and 4, to consider the applications of the petitioners for registration as Pharmacist.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondents no.3 and 4, to consider the applications of the petitioners, and take a final decision with regard to their registration as Pharmacist, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
