2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rangra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution story, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim lady who died during treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 341, 504, 304/34 of the IPC. The petitioners are in judicial custody since 24.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Rangra P.S.
