JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 270 of 2020, G.R. No. 2938 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation of the injury which is simple in nature and no specific overt act has been alleged, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
