2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . The case of the complainant is that petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 have made forged sale deed of the land of complainant in which petitioner No. 3 and 4 are witnesses.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that dispute involved in the complaint petition is with regard to the sale and purchase of land and is given a cloak of criminal offence only with a view to extract money from these petitioners. Moreover, the complainant has filed Title Suit No. 1182 of 2023 against petitioner No. 1 and 2 for cancellation of sale deed. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as Opposite party No. 2 oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 2987 of 2023 , of subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
