====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 10-12-2015 Appellant's selection as Panchayat Teacher was cancelled by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal and rightly so, on the ground that the appellant has no valid qualification of Intermediate. The qualification sought was on the basis of certificate of Intermediate obtained from Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi, for which his examination Center was in S.D.D Inter College, Salimpur, Itawa. A reference to the said marksheet, which is issued by the Controller of
Patna High Court LPA No.1607 of 2012 (2) dt.10-12-2015 Examinations and attested by the Principal of Inter College at Itawa, creates doubt. The appellant is not in a position to state as to where this Board is located, where the classes are held and by which statutory body it is recognized. It is apparently a fraudulent organization working.
We are not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. This Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) (Anjana Mishra, J) U Jagdish/-
