The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 485C of 2017 registered under Sections 354 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 13.04.2017, at about 11 P.M., complainant along with her husband and son were sleeping in temporary hut constructed in the field then both petitioners entered in the house and tried to unfold her cloths, on which, she woke up and identified both petitioners in the light of electric bulb. On raising alarm, her husband and son came and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute both petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case by the informant at the instance of her husband, Chulha Rawat. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No. 485C of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
