Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 23.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 11228/2015 giving direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within six weeks from 23.3.2015 but up till now, the petitioner has not surrendered before the court below rather he has come before this court seeking his pre-arrest bail on the ground that informant has already compromised the case.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42954 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case no. 07/2015 stands rejected.
