Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 498A/323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of submissions of the parties that they have resolved their dispute through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon between them vide mediator's report dated 6.11.2019 as well as the terms of settlement dated 4.11.2019 appended thereto, let the petitioner as above in the event of surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, West Muzaffarpur in Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 372/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
