The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has got no criminal antecedent and the allegations made in the FIR would essentially attract a civil dispute. However, in order to realize money, the FIR has been instituted under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.398 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2 / 2 Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
