2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 448, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case, as emanates from the FIR is that the petitioner allegedly fired upon the informant due to which he sustained bullet injuries on his leg.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and

Learned counsel further submitted that no firing was ever made by the petitioner upon the informant and the entire case is false and concocted. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2025 and has fourteen criminal antecedents.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing upon the informant due to which he sustained bullet injuries, and therefore, the petitioner does not deserve to be released on bail. Learned APP further submitted that the petitioner has also fourteen criminal antecedents which are serious in nature.

6. As per the stage report sent by the learned Trial Court, the case is at the stage of production and appearance and no witness has been examined as yet. It is further reported that trial is likely to be concluded within next three months.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, there being direct allegation against the petitioner as also the petitioner has fourteen criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the

8. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

9. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew the prayer for grant of bail before the Trial Court if the trial is not concluded within a period of four months from today. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Alok Verma/- U T
