One Vinay Singh was apprehended along with a motorcycle, who on query disclosed that he had purchased the same from his co-villager Lal Mohammad on a consideration amount of Rs.18,000/-. At that very time, Lal Mohammad had disclosed that he had purchased the same from Sanjeet Kumar Yadav (petitioner), aged about 18 years. Furthermore, it has also been alleged that there was tampering over number plate. Petitioner is under custody since 25.09.2017. Accordingly, petitioner, Sanjeet Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61812 of 2017 (02) dt.19-12-2017 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-3rd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P. S. Case No.217 of 2017.
