JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this revision application, petitioner has been held guilty and convicted and sentenced for seven years, ten years and for life imprisonment with fine for offences punishable under sections 363, 366A and 376(2)(n) of the IPC and section 4 of the POCSO Act respectively vide judgment and order dated 10.3.2021 and 12.3.2021 by the trial court. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the revision application as the same has become infructuous.
