2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No.567 of 2023 under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against eight named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation that they have killed the informant's daughter for demand of dowry and they had tried to

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the husband of the deceased has surrendered himself on 16.07.2024. He further submits that the name of other accused persons has come only due to the reason that they are relatives of the husband of the deceased.
5. Learned Counsel further submits that petitioner No.1 is mother-in-law, petitioner No.2 and 3 are sister-in-law and brother-in-law and petitioner No.4 is father-in-law of the deceased.
6. Learned Counsel also submits that petitioners' antecedent are clean.
7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody.
8. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
