The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 436 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(A), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 56 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of custody already undergone and the fact that the petitioner has got a
