2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-21(b) & 22 of NDPS Act, 1985.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the tip off, the informant constituting a team proceeded for checking the vehicles and in that course, a car was intercepted, in which, the petitioner along with one another was found sitting and 100 gms. Brown sugar, mobiles, cash etc are said to have been recovered in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only a mobile set and cash Rs. 500/- was recovered from possession of the petitioner. No any kind of contraband has been

It has specifically been mentioned in the FIR that 100 gms of brown sugar was recovered from possession of co-accused Shahid and not from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024.
