2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, a country-made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is under custody since 07.02.2025 and on similar footing, Gaurav Kumar Jha and Sumit Kumar have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48088 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 42262 of 2025 and 44357 of 2025 respectively.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
