2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75591/2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 18.10.2024, but petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court within the time granted by this Court as petitioner is labour and he is living outside Bihar for earning his livelihood. Hence, he prays that the time for surrender may be extended for further period of two weeks from today.

4. Learned APP for the State does not controvert the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45069 of 2025(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 said submission.

5. Accordingly, time granted for surrender of the petitioner, named above, in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 256/2022 is extended for further period of two weeks from today.

6. The order dated 18.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75591/2024 stands modified to the extent stated above.

7. With the aforesaid observation, this modification petition stands disposed of.
