In view of the stand taken by the respondent University, particularly, Letter No. 3637/16 dated 09.03.2016, whereby the University has admitted entitlement of the petitioner for grant of two advance increments, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to work out on the entitlement of the petitioner strictly in accordance with Letter No. 3637/16 dated 09.03.2016, which has been placed on record by way of Annexure-B and grant consequential benefit to the petitioner within a maximum period
