JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for grant of death-cum-retiral benefits to the petitioner on account of death of the husband of the petitioner in harness on 23.11.2006. Admittedly, the writ petition suffers from gross delay and laches, inasmuch as the petitioner has approached this Court almost after 15 years after the death of her husband. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate her

Patna High Court CWJC No.16200 of 2021(3) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 grievances after the Miscellaneous case no. 17 of 2011, filed by the respondent no. 6 before the learned court of Sub-Judge I, Jehanabad for revoking the succession certificate issued in favour of the petitioner, is concluded, however it is submitted that a direction be given for expeditious conclusion of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for redressal of her grievances after conclusion of the aforesaid Miscellaneous case no. 17 of 2011, before the learned court of Sub-Judge I, Jehanabad which is directed to be expedited.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
