As prayed, petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction with respect to description of respondent no. 5. Petitioner claims to have retired from the services of Munger Nagar Nigam on 31.01.2012.

It is contended that some amount had been paid towards her post retrial dues but pension has not been fixed and the revision of the post retrial dues in terms of 5th and 6th pay revision has not been made and dues after such calculation have obviously not been paid.

No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf

Accordingly, this Court would be inclined to dispose of the writ application with a direction to respondent no. 5 to examine the matter of the petitioner and takes steps for payment of admissible dues, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. If petitioner is not found entitled for any amount with respect to any head, then a reasoned order would be required to be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately.
