JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 What interest on the term deposit the petitioner would get is an issue which has been raised in this writ petition. The petitioner claims his entitlement of interest at the rate of 13% per annum for the period 1995-2005 whereas the respondent Bank has allowed interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the fixed deposit in the name of the petitioner . In my view, the petitioner should approach the Ombudsman of the Bank for resolution of this dispute. If any such application is filed the same shall be placed before the Ombudsman of the Bank by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22639 of 2012 (4) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 respondent for consideration and adjudication in accordance with law.

The writ application is disposed of.
