2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420 of the Indian Penal code 1860 and under Sections 66(A), 67, 67(A) of Information and Technology Act, 2000/-
3. As per allegation, the petitioner being relative of the informant used to visit her house and in that course, the petitioner is said to have made naked video of the informant at the time of bathing and on the basis of that video, he pressurized the informant and established forceful physical relationship with her. It is also alleged that the petitioner grabbed cash Rs. 4,00,000/- with ornaments from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 07.04.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC, has supported the occurrence.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the gravity of the allegation, I do not think it to be a fit case for bail, which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
