JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.143 of 2017, a case under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that the motorcycle which he had left was a stolen property. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61687 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwa Police Station Case No. 143 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
