This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hilsa P..S. Case No. 482 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Surendra Yadav had strayed his she buffalo in the informant's field, which had destroyed crops, which was objected to by the informant. It is also alleged that thereafter co-accused Surendra Yadav started abusing the informant and summoned his son, who is the present petitioner. It is further alleged that the petitioner and female members of the family of Surendra Yadav indulged in assault on the informant variously. It is next alleged that coaccused Surendra Yadav snatched the golden chain. The said co-accused Surendra Yadav has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 19.02.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42571 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 and co-accused Asha Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 08.05.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner contends.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additioal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 482 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
