The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.303 of 2017, a case under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5/6 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981. It appears that co-accused Mukesh Kumar and Nilesh Kumar have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos.44429 and 53310 of 2017.

Allegation against the petitioner is similar to those accused persons. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55114 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
