Informant, who happens to be mother-in-law of the petitioner had alleged that as the petitioner along with her husband Bidya Sagar Singh (son of the informant) were not inclined to allow them to sale land in order to solemnize marriage of her youngest daughter, in the aforesaid background they have assaulted their father /husband of the informant namely Yugeshwar Singh on 19.07.2016 as well as also administered poisonous substance on account of which during course of treatment he died. From Annexure-2, order dated 22.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33746/2017, it is apparent that while hearing prayer for bail of husband of the petitioner, namely, Bidya Sagar Singh case diary along with viscera report was called for and the viscera report did not support the allegation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1582 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 That being so, petitioner Rinku Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.
