2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1636 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly abiding by the orders of this Court and is appearing in the police Station concerned on first Sunday of each month. He further submits that he is made to wait in the police Station for the entire day when he appears in the police station and is asked to do some odd jobs also.

4. In view of the above, the SHO of the police station concerned is directed not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily because of the fact that he is an accused and he is directed to mark his attendance at the police station.

5. It is made clear that any further complaint against the SHO of concerned police station will be viewed seriously by this Court.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
