ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015 pending in the Court of CJM, Motihari, East Champaran for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 387, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary was called for, which has been received. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and perusing several paragraphs of the case diary, it appears that the petitioners have been implicated in this case. Furthermore, there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58468 of 2015 (3) dt.19-04-2016 a good number of cases pending against petitioner no.1 and two cases pending against petitioner nos.2 and 3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the above named petitioners on anticipatory bail, the same is rejected.

However, if the petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Anjana Mishra, J) B.Kr./- U T
