The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having laid his claim over one Alto Car and upon enquiry made by the Police, it transpired that the said car belonged to one Ram Kumar, hence, it was found that the petitioner had made a wrong claim of being the owner of the car in question. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42608 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 07.05.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser and has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District-Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019.
