2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. There is allegation against the petitioner to commit theft of a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the

No.43070 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jhanjharpu, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Lakhnaur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application for regular bail stands allowed.
