02-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-1 and Sri Bipin Kumar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of Respondent/Bihar Staff Selection Commission. The petitioner in the present writ petition has assailed Annexure-2 i.e. Newspaper Publication, whereby number of candidates , who had qualified in the physical test for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police pursuant to Advertisement no.704 of 2006 were not permitted to participate in the written examination on different grounds. So far petitioner's case is concerned, his case was kept in Schedule-I(ga) i.e. in relation to permanent and correspondence address beyond the range.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted his application from the range itself, even

The said newspaper publication was made on 29.07.2004 and the present writ petition was filed on 18.12.2007. Of course, the petitioner has assailed the advertisement, he has not brought on record any document to show that the petitioner had initially raised any grievance before the competent authority demanding justice.

Learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission submits that after the said advertisement, written examination was held and finally appointment has already been made.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no ground to pass any positive order. The writ petition stands dismissed.
