BAJANTHRI) 12-05-2023 In the petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(A) For commanding the respondents including Executive Engineer Building Constitution Department, Building Division, Jehanabad respondent no-6 to enter into agreement with the petitioner for renovation work of boundary wall at D.M. Residence, Jehanabad amounting Rs. 9,3424/- as per allotment of tender made in favour of the petitioner vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.4630 of 2014(13) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 letter no. 220 dated 23.12.2013 issued under the signature of Superintending Engineer, Building Constitution Department, Building Circle, Gaya as contained in Annexure-2.

(B) Also directing the respondents specially Secretary, Building Construction Department respondent no. 3 and Chief Engineer, respondent no. 4 to dispose the representation made by the petitioner for direction to the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division, Jehanabad respondent no. 6 to enter into agreement with the petitioner for renovation work of boundary wall at D.M. Residence, Jehanabad vide financial year 2013-14.

(c) Also for any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law and in facts and circumstances of the present case."

2. Due to passage of time, the petitioner's grievance cannot be redressed since reliefs sought is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
