2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115, 109(1), 76, 352, 351(2) of the BNS.
3. Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is that on the alleged date and place of occurrence, due to dispute in local politics, they surrounded the informant and assaulted him as well as his family members. It is specifically alleged that co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42265 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 2/3 Ravikant Kumar pointed pistol on the informant's head and co-accused Manikant Kumar assaulted the informant by means of lathi due to which he sustained head injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Both parties are co-villagers and in the background of local village politics, petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against him is general and omnibus. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court

No.42265 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 3/3 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Kiul P.S. Case no. 102 of 2024, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
