The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Manufacturing equipment and tools were recovered from the spot.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
