2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.02.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 58750 of 2023 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of lapse of one & half years from the last order, till date trial has not concluded and petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43549 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - IX, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2021, arising out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020.
