The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and others, allegedly, committed the murder of Sheela Devi while she had gone to attend the call of nature. The sister of Sheela Devi, namely, Susheela Kumari supported the allegation as an eye-witness of the occurrence before the police.
After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sakra Police Station Case No. 124 of 2002 pending in the Court of learned
