The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.749© of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Cod and Section 138 of N.I.Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of nonpayment of amount and also bouncing of cheque, however, from the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the O.Pno.2 it appears that they are ready to settle the dispute and they will file a compromise petition also. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.68394 of 2018(8) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in such view of the matter, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order with duly signed compromise petition but that time the O.P.no.2 shall also remain present and once the learned court below is satisfied with the compromise between the parties, he will release the petitioner on bail in connection Complaint Case No.749(C ) of 2017 to his own satisfaction, otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
