====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case no. 159 of 2018 registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

A report was called for with respect to the stage of the trial from the learned court below. As per the report received contained in letter No. 29/2021 dated 10.02.2021, it is stated that the case is running at the stage of final argument and that it will be disposed of preferably in the last week of the month of February or in the first week of March 2021.

In view of the contents of the report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this application for the present. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case
