Patna High Court LPA No.553 of 2014 dt.23-08-2016 2/2 analogous appeals filed against the said order stand dismissed by the Division Bench vide order dated 20.01.2015.

3. In view of the order passed in analogous appeals, for the same reason as are recorded in L.P.A. No. 841 of 2012 (The Bihar State Housing Board, Bihar, Patna Vs.
