2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a , 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 100 of 2024.

3. The police, on an information, raided the house of the petitioner wherefrom a black-blue coloured a Bajaj Motorcycle is said to have been recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedents and is in custody for the allegation that a country-made pistol and a Bajaj Motorcycle was recovered from his house. He is in custody since

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail upon completion of six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 100 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
