The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant. It is alleged by the informant that informant came to know during search that his daughter Kumari Pushpanjali was enticed away on motorcycle by Raja Kumar. It is further alleged that the petitioner and his family members assisted Raja Kumar for abducting her.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both Raja Kumar and victim are traceless. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56889 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 thrust of accusation is against Raja Kumar. Petitioners being parents of Raja Kumar have been roped in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Amit Kumar Dixit, J.M., Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 186 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
