The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner by forging signature of the informant, withdrew his loan amount of Rs. 47,500/- (forty seven thousand five hundred).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Police, after investigation, submitted final form and on protest, learned court below has taken cognizance. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
