The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The anticipatory bail petition of petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 21.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14978 of 2015. The prayer has been renewed on the ground that husband of the deceased was put on trial and none of the witnesses supported the prosecution version. Consequently, the husband of the deceased was acquitted.

It appears that even after rejection of anticipatory bail petition the petitioner did not appear in court and evaded her appearance for one year and waited for conclusion of the trial of her son.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57948 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
