Ms Meena Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Bihar. The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint bearing Special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (for brevity, NDPS) Act Case No 2 of 2017 dated 08.02.2017 arising out of Praharbal Nawada Police Station Case No 1 of 2017 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of NDPS Act. The examination of witnesses has concluded at the trial, as per submission advanced by the learned counsel representing the parties.

In view thereof, this Court would dispose of this bail application, taking note of the aforesaid developments.
