JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.98 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that the recovery of the illicit liquor is from the conscious possession of the petitioner as it is recovered from his own house, exfacie a case under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 is made out against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
