The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Collector, Vaishali to dispose off the pending Miscellaneous Case No. 103 of 2012, filed by the petitioner. 2.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Collector, Vaishali to dispose off the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case No. 103 of 2012, in case the same has not already been disposed off,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5257 of 2014(5) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 by passing a reasoned and a speaking order after hearing the affected parties, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
