====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Gone through the order impugned.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that an earlier occasion on account of discomfort amongst the spouse, parties come in fray and on account thereof, so many cases have been launched at their behest in counter to each other. It has further been submitted that now the petitioner has realized that all sorts of litigation, if allowed will not only ruin their domestic life rather the cordial family atmospheres as well as economical development will be completely smashed. Therefore, he intends to join hand with his wife in order to lead peaceful, congenial, harmonious marital life.

That being so, petitioner is given a liberty to pray before the learned lower court whereupon the learned lower court will notice his wife, O.P. and will take initiative to out differences,

Patna High Court CWJC No.22896 of 2012 (2) dt.28-01-2016 if any in getting the domestic life restored. The aforesaid exercise must be completed within three months and till then, the order impugned will be in abeyance. In case the parties join their hands, then in that event, the operation of the order will be stayed otherwise the court will insist upon compliance of the order impugned.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
