2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused from whose possession country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
