The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ariari P.S.Case No.173 of 2014 registered for an offence under Sections 399, 402, 393, 467, 468, 419, 420 and 414 of the IPC. This case was registered against eight FIR named accused on the allegation that they had assembled to commit the dacoity. Out of aforesaid eight accused, six have been allowed bail by a coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.17634 of 2015 and Cr.Misc.No.34161 of 2015. The petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2014 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.

The learned APP opposed the submissions.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62920 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariari P.S.Case No.173 of 2014 (Sessions Trial No.25 of 2015).
